These general terms and conditions (hereinafter: “Terms”) apply to all sales of prepaid cards (hereinafter: “GGPrepaid”) by Concept Booth BV (hereinafter: “the Seller”) within Belgium. By purchasing or using a GGPrepaid card, the customer accepts these Terms.

3. Applicability

3.1. These Terms apply to every purchase and every use of GGPrepaid cards within Belgium.

3.2. GGPrepaid cards are available exclusively to customers within Belgium and may not be used in other countries.

3.3. Only persons aged 21 or over may purchase or use a GGPrepaid card.

3.4. Deviations from these Terms are valid only if agreed in writing by the Seller.

4. Product description

4.1. GGPrepaid is a prepaid card with which payments can be made on www.ggpoker.be, an online poker operator licensed by the Belgian Gaming Commission.

4.2. Standard GGPrepaid cards and partner-branded GGPrepaid cards are available. The same general terms and conditions apply to both types.

4.3. GGPrepaid cards have a predetermined balance and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4.4. The customer is responsible for checking the GGPrepaid card at the time of purchase:

• Check that the scratch-off layer covering the unique code is intact.
• Do not buy cards with a damaged scratch-off layer, as this may indicate possible use. Codes can be used only once, and the Seller is not responsible for cards that have already been used or are damaged.

5. Purchase and delivery

5.1. GGPrepaid cards are sold through authorised distribution channels within Belgium.

5.2. Cards are delivered digitally or physically, depending on the chosen purchase method.

5.3. The risk of loss, theft or damage of the card passes to the customer upon delivery. The Seller is not responsible for replacing lost or stolen cards.

6. Use and restrictions

6.1. GGPrepaid cards may be used exclusively on www.ggpoker.be.

6.2. The balance on GGPrepaid cards must be used before any expiry date, where applicable.

6.3. GGPrepaid cards may not be resold, unless this is done through an authorised point of sale.

6.4. GGPrepaid cards may not be passed on to others, except when they are used as a gift card. In the case of gift cards:

• The giver of the gift card is responsible for verifying that the recipient is at least 21 years old and is able to create a valid account on www.ggpoker.be.
• Gift cards are not refunded or exchanged. The Seller accepts no responsibility for gift cards given or received by others.

6.5. GGPrepaid cards can be used only if the customer has a valid account on www.ggpoker.be. A valid account requires that the customer:

• Is at least 21 years old;
• Is not excluded from games of chance in Belgium, in accordance with the Belgian Gaming Act.

6.6. GGPrepaid does not decide whether a customer can obtain a valid account on www.ggpoker.be and is not responsible for whether or not the customer has such an account. Customers must take this into account themselves when purchasing a card, both for their own use and for giving a gift card.

7. Prices, currency and payments

7.1. GGPrepaid cards are exempt from VAT.

7.2. GGPrepaid cards are sold in euros (EUR). When used on www.ggpoker.be, the balance is automatically converted into US dollars (USD) at the exchange rate on the day of the transaction as determined by the international GGPoker platform.

8. Right of withdrawal

8.1. GGPrepaid cards qualify as digital goods. As soon as a card has been activated or delivered, the right of withdrawal lapses, in accordance with Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law.

8.2. If a card is defective, the customer must contact customer service via support@ggprepaid.com.

9. Liability

9.1. The Seller is not responsible for malfunctions, problems or disputes with third parties (such as www.ggpoker.be).

9.2. The Seller is not liable for loss or misuse of GGPrepaid cards after delivery.

9.3. Liability is in all cases limited to the purchase price of the GGPrepaid card concerned.

10. Privacy and data protection

10.1. No customer data is processed in the case of physical sales. Sellers may ask customers to show proof of identity to verify their age. No cards are sold to persons under the age of 21 in Belgium.

10.2. In the case of online sales (if available), customer data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy, which is available via www.ggprepaid.com/en/privacy.

10.3. The Seller processes customer data exclusively in accordance with the GDPR legislation.

11. Responsible gaming

11.1. The Seller encourages responsible gambling and points out the risks of gambling addiction.

11.2. GGPrepaid cards may be used exclusively on legal platforms such as www.ggpoker.be, in compliance with Belgian gaming legislation.

11.3. For support, customers can contact the following support organisations:

12. Complaints and disputes

12.1. Complaints can be submitted in writing via support@ggprepaid.com. The Seller aims to respond within 14 working days.

12.2. These Terms are governed by Belgian law.

12.3. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Antwerp.

13. Changes to the general terms and conditions

13.1. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The amended terms will be published on www.ggprepaid.com.
