Who are “we”?

Concept Booth BV, with its registered office in Belgium, Boomsesteenweg 440, 2610 Antwerpen, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0847.485.931, and available via https://www.ggprepaid.com (hereinafter the “Website”), takes responsibility for the processing of your Personal Data on the Website as “controller” in the manner explained in this privacy policy.

May we collect and use information?

Concept Booth may collect and process certain information when one of the following four conditions is met:

• Legal obligation: We may use your personal information to comply with our legal obligations when you use our services.
• Performance of a contract: We may use your personal information to fulfil our contractual obligations when you use our services.
• Consent: We may ask for your explicit consent via an opt-in, which you can withdraw at any time.

What information do we collect?

We collect both information that you actively and knowingly provide to us when using or participating in one of our services and promotions, and information that is sent automatically by your devices when using our products and services. You actively provide this information to us.

When contacting GGPrepaid customer service:

• What information (mandatory): name, e-mail, all input in the ‘message’ field
• How: via the contact form on www.ggprepaid.com, your message is delivered to us by e-mail via the e-mail service Postmark (ActiveCampaign). The form does not store your data in a database on the website.
• Legal basis: performance of a contract
• Retention period: 36 months after last activity

What about cookies?

We use only strictly necessary cookies, which are needed to make the website work, such as remembering your cookie preferences. Who has access to your information?

If we share personal information with a data processor, you can rest assured that we hold them to the same level of compliance as ourselves. We have Data Protection Agreements with each data processor. If we share your data with third parties, this happens only with your consent.

What if you do not agree?

It will come as no surprise that you always remain the sole owner of your data. You are free to ask us to be informed, to access your data, to correct it, to erase it, to restrict access to it, to receive it or to object to its collection. Only in the case of a legal obligation may we possibly retain some data for longer, for example to comply with accounting regulations.

How do we protect your information?

Your data is stored on a secure server within the European Economic Area. We have implemented internal procedures to safeguard the confidentiality of our IT infrastructure and to ensure that it is managed responsibly.
